Welcome to Gymnastics Revolution, LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Gymnastics Revolution, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our gymnastics training services, website, and any related services.

By accessing our website, registering for our programs, or enrolling in our gymnastics training services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services or access our website.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

Gymnastics Revolution, LLC provides professional gymnastics training and physical development programs for children and teens. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Beginner gymnastics classes for children ages 5-12
  • Strength and conditioning programs for children and teens
  • Advanced gymnastics training for competitive athletes
  • Teen development programs focusing on coordination and advanced techniques
  • Private and semi-private gymnastics instruction
  • Seasonal camps and intensive training programs
  • Competition preparation and coaching

Our training facility is located at 14 STARR RD, Danbury, CT 06810. Services are provided in-person at our facility unless otherwise specified.

3. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and create an account on our website or enter into a service agreement.
  • Minors under the age of 18 may participate in our programs only with the express consent of a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years of age.
  • Parents or legal guardians must complete all required registration forms, waivers, and medical releases on behalf of minor participants.
  • Parents or legal guardians are responsible for the supervision and conduct of their minor children while on our premises.
  • All participants must be physically capable of participating in gymnastics activities and must disclose any medical conditions or physical limitations prior to enrollment.

By registering a minor for our services, you represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of the minor and have the authority to bind the minor to these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and enrollment.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
  • Inform us immediately of any changes to contact information, medical conditions, or other relevant participant details.
  • Arrive on time for scheduled classes and sessions.
  • Follow all safety rules, facility guidelines, and instructions provided by coaches and staff.
  • Wear appropriate athletic attire and footwear as required for gymnastics training.
  • Notify staff of any injuries, discomfort, or concerns during training sessions.
  • Treat all coaches, staff, and other participants with respect and courtesy.
  • Pay all fees and charges on time in accordance with our payment policies.
  • Supervise any non-participating siblings or guests brought to the facility.

5. Prohibited Uses

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of services:

  • Using our services or facility for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Engaging in conduct that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or offensive toward coaches, staff, or other participants.
  • Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or enrollment.
  • Using our website or services to distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our website, systems, or facility.
  • Recording, photographing, or videotaping any session without prior written consent from all participants and staff.
  • Sharing, copying, or distributing any proprietary training materials, curricula, or instructional content.
  • Using our services while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that impairs judgment or physical ability.
  • Bringing weapons, illegal substances, or hazardous materials onto our premises.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the training sessions of other participants.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property associated with Gymnastics Revolution, LLC are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Our company name, logo, and branding elements
  • Website design, layout, and content
  • Training curricula, lesson plans, and instructional materials
  • Photographs, videos, and promotional materials
  • Proprietary training methods and techniques

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

Any user-generated content, including feedback, testimonials, or photographs submitted to us, grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for promotional and commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • Our services will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
  • Our training will produce specific results or outcomes.
  • Our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
  • Our website will be free of viruses or other harmful components.
  • Any errors in our services will be corrected.

Gymnastics involves inherent physical risks. Participation in our programs is voluntary and at your own risk. While we take reasonable precautions to ensure safety, we cannot guarantee that injuries will not occur. Physical activity may result in injury, and participants should consult with a physician before beginning any exercise program.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GYMNASTICS REVOLUTION, LLC, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use our services.
  • Any injuries, accidents, or incidents occurring during training or on our premises.
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on our premises or website.
  • Any content obtained through our services.
  • Any other matter relating to our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

By using our services, you agree to release, waive, and discharge Gymnastics Revolution, LLC from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses arising from your participation in our programs.

9. Third-Party Services & Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, services, or applications that are not owned or controlled by Gymnastics Revolution, LLC. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

We strongly encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites or services you access. We are not responsible for any damages or losses caused by your use of third-party services.

Our services may also incorporate payment processing services operated by third parties. These services are governed by their own terms and conditions, and we encourage you to review them.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. No refunds will be provided for fees paid prior to termination, except as may be required by applicable law or our refund policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fairfield County, Connecticut. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised to reflect any changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of our services following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
